Another job I would like to do is to be a food critic. I would like to go all over the world and taste different food, rate it and write about it. I could combine all my favorite things like food, travel, and eating out.
I could even do this job without traveling very far. I could compare local barbecue restaurants. I love barbecue. If I was judging barbeque restaurants for a living, there are a number of things I would look at to decide what is best. Of course you have to taste the barbeque. Then you have to check out the sides to see if it makes the meal better. One place I like to go to has good fried pickles. Another place has outstanding macaroni and cheese. A good side like that can make your meal even better. I also look at their decor. If a barbeque restaurant has pigs in their decorations, I like that. I know one place that has pigs everywhere and the people there are really nice. Both those things would make my rating better.
Traveling and rating different restaurants and letting people know where to eat would be a great job for me. If I could do that, it would combine my love for going out to eat, my love of traveling and my writing. That would be awesome.
