There are a lot of people who I love. But there is nobody like my favorite grandma Jamie ( momma if you read this you are better than Jamie) anyway Jamie was my IEP teacher, she’s also a family friend. She stands up for what’s right for me, she also believes in me. She doesn’t take my crap and she loves to rub my forehead like I’m a dog.

I saw her face every day for four years. I was in the school system for 14 years and schools never built an accessible door for me, but when I showed up at high school Jamie had a accessible door in less than a week. She also had my back in meetings and she included me in everything, but she loves to eat my food like all my other friends. She also loves to make sure that I hear her big mouth. I remember one time I was doing something that I wasn’t supposed to do and all of the sudden I heard “ HANK I’M GOING TO KILL YOU “ and I told my friend to run and we hid in a classroom.

One day I was in her room and she wasn’t so I decided to hide her desk chair and make her go on a scavenger hunt for it and it made her so mad and I just laughed at her face. I remember I was In her room and I was really bored so I put my feet on her desk and she told me to get my feet off of her desk so I just put my feet in her lap.

Jamie made my high school experience awesome and she made me work harder then I ever have and I couldn’t imagine what high school would be like without her.
